Train Throttle For Traincarts versions 1.16+

This is a skript based addon for the MC plugin Traincarts by Team Bergerkiller and I hope you will like this addon as it ties into driving trains on your server. It really is quite simple in the sense that it adds in a new GUI to the game allowing you to enable and disable the train throttle feature. To activate throttle just run the command "/throttle" and once activated you will gain 3 blocks. A green wool block to increase the throttle which goes from 0.0 all the way to 1.0 and the red wool block that does the opposite.
