Transmute [1.8 - 1.15.2]

Overview
Transmute is a simple plugin that gives the player the ability to transmute ores
and ingots into better versions. Eg. Turns an Iron Ingot into a Gold Ingot. There
is a cool down for each level of transmuting, which can all be set in the config.
All of the messages can be edited in the config as well so change it up
however you like! The messages also support the '&' colour codes.

Installation
Put the Transmute.jar into your server's plugins'
folder, restart your server, and enjoy the plugin!

Commands & Permissions

transmute.* - to be able to use all of the commands.

/transmute - allows the user to transmute the Ores and Ingots.
transmute.ores - allows the player to transmute the ore in their hand.
transmute.ingots - allows the player to transmute the ingot in their hand.

/trreload - allows the user to reload the config for Transmute.
transmute.reload - allows the user to run the reload command.

That's it, that's everything!
