This plugin adds a custom pickaxe to the game called a "Tray Pickaxe" often seen on faction servers, When you mine a block with a TrayPickaxe, it will remove all remove dirt and nether-brick blocks in a configurable radius, all other blocks in that radius will remain intact.
Commands:
/traypick give {playerName} (gives the player a TrayPickaxe)
/traypick reload (reloads the plugin)
Permissions:
TrayPickaxe.Reload: Allows the player to use the command /traypick reload
TrayPickaxe.Give: Allows the player to use the command /traypick give {playerName}
