Treasure Goblin

Thanks @Loww for the suggestions. Added: - The ability to add fire resistance to the treasure goblin. - The ability to change the health of the treasure goblin. Please note that if you get an error when changing it's health above 2048, you have to change the "maxHealth" setting in your server's spigot.yml file to the maximum health you want mobs to have on your server. This is the new "Treasure Goblin" section.
