TrollCraft

This plugin adds the command /troll, which allows you to troll players.

Permission: trollcraft.all
- Allows use of the command /troll

Available Trolls:
- Spin (The player is continually spun around and can't move)
- Blocks (When a player places a block, it turns into random other blocks. Good for creative)
- Hotbar Scatter (When players scroll to items on their hotbar, the item switches place with another item)
- Demo (Every 15 seconds the Minecraft demo screen pops up)
- Scramble Chat (All the player's chat messages they send have each word scrambled)
- Velocity (About once every second, the player has a random velocity set to them)

This plugin should work for 1.8-1.10, and maybe 1.7, but I haven't tested.
