Features

* FakeOp | Make a player think they have been opped with a message sent to them ([Server: Opped <player>])
* FakeRestart | Make the online players think the server is gonna restart with a countdown, but it doesn't actually do so
* Lag | Make a player stuck and not able to move for 5 seconds
* Pumpkin | Set the player's helmet as a pumpkin
* Push | Push a player high up in the air
* RandomPotion | Give a player a random potion (Gives only 1.8 potions)
* Scare | Effect a player blindness, nausea and slowness for 5 seconds after playing them a sound of a ghast screaming

noperm-message: '&cYou do not have access to this command!' 
fake-restart-message: '&c[Server] &eThe server will be restarting in &6%time%&e!'
