Twilight Portal

Just build a 2x2 water pool surround with 12 flower plants like this

and then throw the diamond

The portal block will break if there are nearby blocks mined by a player

You can set the target world and coordinates in the config

#worlds allowed to create portal 
Enabledworlds: 
- world

Commands:
/tpreload —— tp.reload
reload the config

This plugin won't affect the vanilla ender portals
It will check the portal size on teleporting

Tested on 1.12 and 1.13 works fine
not tested on other Minecraft versions yet
