This allows the creation of additional color codes into the game(chat command and anvils)
As well as an (currently unconfigurable how and what plugin) color suffix command
If you go through the config you can set random for the hex and have it randomly choose a colorcode

Commands:
colorme <potential colorcode> <potential colorcode-hex>
- ex: /coloreme x 12345f
colors
- ex:/cplors
color <set colorcode><remove>
- ex /color set x
- ex /color remove
- ex /color

Permissions:
Colorme.Create: create new colorcodes with /colorme
tc.set.<colorcode>: allows setting of the suffix to the specified color code
tc.chat.<colorcode>: allows using colorcode in chat
tc.anvil.<colorcode>: allows using colorcode in anvil
tc.command,<colorcode>: allows use of color code in commands
