Commands:

• /rates : Get the player the current rates.
• /applerate (Number) : Change the Applerate in the game.
• /flintrate (Number) : Change the Flintrate in the game.
• /shears : Enable/Disable shears in the game.
  *Applerate with shears will be half of the regular applerate*

Permissions:

• Rates.Rates : allows to change the applerate, flintrate and toggle the shears.
