UltimateBungeeManager | Without Restart

I created this Plugin for the Persons of you which are annoyed of restarting your Bungee server. At this moment you can only manage Servers and Lobbys but if there is any feature.

Features
- connect to Servers which are not in Config
- manage Servers without restarting
- messages.yml for changing all messages
- add Servers
- lobby command which connects you to a Random Lobby

Commands:
/addserver <name> <ip> <port> <restricted(true/false)> [motd] || Add Server to BungeeCord without restarting

/connectserver <name> <ip> <port> (<player>) || Connect to a Server which isn't added or in the Config (player is only needed if you want to connect another Player)

/lobby || Connect to a Random Lobby.
/lobby add <name> || Specifies a new Server as Lobby.
/lobby del <name> || Remove a Server from Lobbys.
/lobby list || List all aviable Lobbys.

Permissions:
bungeemanager.connectserver | Gives the Player acces to the "/connectserver" command
servermanager.addserver
| Gives the Player acces to the "/addserver" command
bungeemanager.managelobbys | Gives the Player acces to manage the Lobbys.
