Every command have his own permission, for example:
/gamemode -> ultimatecore.gamemode

So the permissions are always structured like ultimatecore.<commandname> .

For developers: That project will be open-source as soon as its a full version. (Currently its the Beta)
As soon as it will be open-source you will get access of the API by making it a maven dependency. So you will be able to use that Systems.
