Ultra tickets is a system for servers connected to a SQL database so that players can communicate with the staff to report faults, players or bugs.
some characteristics are:

- Simple commands
- Few permissions
- several servers connected to the same database
Commands
User commands:
- /helptickets - List all commands
- /ticket [issue] - Submit a new ticket
- /mytickets [open,closed,all] - Display your tickets
- /ticketinfo [id] - Detailed view of a ticket
Staff commands:
- /replyticket [id] [comment] - Add a comment to a ticket
- /closeticket [id] - Close a ticket
- /ticketwarp [id] - Warp to the location of a ticket
- /tickets - Show all tickets
Permissions
- utickets.mod: For the staff memberms
- OP has a full accees
