Universal Update

This is an indev pre-release, expect flaws, possibly major. For support please refer to the appropriate support channel on my discord.

Updates can be a pain
Keeping track of what needs updating and what doesn't can take time. Sometimes too much time. Plugins that come with updaters are nice, but too few and far between. Wouldn't it be great if you could be notified of any update to any plugin without its developer needing to do anything? Well Universal Update is here to make that happen!

Features:

• Simple: Straightforward config based update listings.
• Independent: No other plugins or actions needed from developers beyond making sure their versions match on spigotmc and in their plugin.
  
• Multi-threaded: Network requests won't slow your server down.

Setup:

1. Launch server with UniversalUpdate in the plugins folder to generate the config
2. Set "allowInternetAccess" to "true" in the UniversalUpdate config
3. Run the "plugins" command in console or as a user with permission
   
4. Add the names of plugins you would like to check for updates as you see them shown in the server plugin list, to the config in the format you see the pre-made examples. (Case Sensitive)
5. Go to each of those plugins' download pages on spigotmc.org and add the resource ID* as the config shows
6. Restart the server
7. Type "uup" to see an all updated message or list of what needs updating.

* The resource ID is the number after the plugin name in the URL
