Changed the enchantment Obsidian Shield: · You now need Obsidian Shield enchantment on every piece of armor for it to work, cause it would be too strong alone.

Fixed an issue that would cause the console to get an error, even tho it was "not a real error". The error would have been gone after the first reload/restart anyways. Thanks to @TPP for reporting this issue

Changed the format used in Messages: · You can now use '&' instead of '§' to show colors. · Added settings.yml file, where you are finally able to change percentage chance and heal/damage amount.
