Unofficial BibleGateway Verse Of The Day

This plugin simply loads the current Verse Of The Day from BibleGateway.com, and allows players to get an inspirational Bible verse.

On it's own, this plugin is quite useless. It was actually designed to be used on my own server to show a floating Bible verse at my server spawn using R4zorax's Holographic Scoreboard plugin. It should in theory work with any other plugin that can capture chat text.

Commands:

• /votd: Show the current verse of the day.
• /votdrefresh: Force a refresh of the current verse.

Permissions:

• votd.votdrefresh: Allows the use of the votd - not well tested.

The Bible version defaults to the New International Version, however this can and probably should be changed. See the config file for how to do this.

Please note that the "Unofficial" part of the title refers to the fact this plugin is NOT related to BibleGateway.com. It simply makes use of a web service they provide. Do not contact them for any reason relating to this plugin.

I should also stress that, as I mentioned above, this plugin was built for my own server, which I run for our small church. There is basically going to be zero support, and bug fixes are not going to be quick. I'll try, but don't expect much
