UnsuffocateTP - (Random TP/Teleportation that just works!)

It's a new version! For those of you running older Minecraft versions, like 1.8 or 1.12, this is the update for you! UnsuffocateTP now adds support for 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, and 1.12! When running under these legacy Minecraft versions, functionality is reduced (ex. simpler block checking), and limited support will be provided. For everyone else, this version includes enhanced safe block checking, and more optimized chunk generation!
