uTitleWelcome

uTitleWelcome send title & subtitle, Action Bar and chat when a player join or quit the server. You can enable or disable everything and customize all messages.

1. Install PlaceholderAPI and uTitleWelcome
2. When you install PlaceholderAPI and uTitleWelcome do /papi ecloud donwload Player and /papi ecloud download Server
3. reload the server
