so this is the first version of VFL. This version supported economy type Vault, PlayerPoints, XConomy, and Minecraft EXP level. This version also added translations for English and Chinese simplified. (APIs for chunk forceload was first added in 1.13.2, so, you know, we can't support any of the version below 1.13.2.)
