Vanilla+

I run an extremely barebones, 0 plugin spigot server and wanted it to be as close to vanilla as possible. The only issue was spammers and people posting undesirable messages some people might not want to see. Unfortunately all the chat plugins I found were far too overengineered and targeted towards plugin-heavy servers, so I threw this together in an evening. It's extraordinarily simple, since this is my first rodeo with Java, and if you prefer, you can grab the code off the linked repository and compile it yourself.

I guarantee no compatibility with other plugins, if there is, it's coincidental.

Provided commands:

/ignore - block messages receive messages from a player
/notice - unblock messages from a player
/noticeall - clear all users from your blocked list
/ignoring - check if you're ignoring a user
/ignorelist - paginated list of all ignored users

/msg, /tell and /w are overriden and handled by the plugin, respecting any ignored users.
/r can be used to reply to the last user that messaged you.

To reiterate: If you want to run a vanilla, no-rules server with no additional chat/permissions plugins, this might be what you're looking for. You aren't, this will probably just cause your existing permissions & chat setups to break.
