[VC] Prefix and Suffix

This plugin allows you to create groups and assign prefix, suffix, and chat color when messaging to each of the group.

Features:
- Infinite amount of groups
- Configurable chat format
- GUI that shows you every group that exists

Commands:
- /vc - Shows you all commands
- /vc gui - Shows you GUI with all groups
- /vc group add [Group Name] - Allows you to add a new group
- /vc group remove [Group Name] - Allows you to remove an existing group
- /vc group rename [Group Name] [New Group Name] - Allows you to rename a group (Example: Moderator -> Mod)
- /vc update permission [Group Name] [New Permission Name] - Allows you to change permission name for an existing group (Example: Default permission for a group when created is: vc.[group name], and you want to change it. You can do it with this command
- /vc update prefix [Group Name] [New Prefix] - Allows you to change a prefix for an existing group
- /vc update suffix [Group Name] [New Suffix] - Allows you to change a suffix for an existing group
- /vc update chatcolor [Group Name] - Opens a GUI that let's you chose color which players of a group will use while messaging (Example: vc.owner has &4 as their chat color so when messaging it would be like this: Prefix PlayerName Suffix: This is a message
- /vc update priority [Group Name] [Priority Level] - Allows you to change a priority level of an existing group (lower number = higher priority)

Permissions:
- vc.help - Allows you to use /vc to be able to see all other commands
- vc.gui - Allows you to see /vc gui
- vc.group.add - Allows you to use /vc group add
- vc.group.remove - Allows you to use /vc group remove
- vc.group.rename - Allows you to use /vc group rename
- vc.update.permission - Allows you to use /vc update permission
- vc.update.prefix - Allows you to use /vc update prefix
- vc.update.suffix - Allows you to use /vc update suffix
- vc.update.chatcolor - Allows you to use /vc update chatcolor
- vc.update.priority - Allows you to use /vc update priority

Info:
- Group name can only be one word (Example: Owner, Admin, Super_Moderator but not Super Moderator)
- You can add new groups using config file or by IG commands
- When adding prefix/suffix/chatcolor use & sign instead of § (All color codes can be seen in this picture: https://prnt.sc/qsx9rj )
