This plugin allows you to talk like a villager!
Also if you use exclamation in your words sound will be louder.
use /villagertalk to enable/disable the plugin.
If you want an admin to disable/enable the plugin
you can give the permission "villagertalk.toggle"
Warning:
In Config file, don't use double instead of integer while writing pitch and volume. Also here's a sound list:
