- Fixed an issue with InventoryClickEvent Errors in versions under 1.21

- Downgraded API Version to 1.13 for a wider range of Version support below 1.21

Fixed a bug where commands weren't showing up in Tab Completer even if the player had permission to use it.

- FINALLY Added Tab Completion for VintagePerms Commands - Added Custom Global Wildcard (*) permissions With Custom Global Wildcard Permissions, even if the plugin itself doesn't have or use a special wildcard like vintageperms. or essentials.kits. you can use them and it will allow the use of those commands.

- Fixed Some of the New Method Implementations of VintageVault
