VMJBasics - Permission, Chat and Group manager, All in One

- Clicking "Ban Player" or "Kick Player" in the player manager (/pman) will now ban or kick said player.

- /pman will bring up an inventory GUI with all online player heads, clicking on a head will open a new GUI with three options, to teleport to the player, ban them or kick them.

- /setslots now works for spigot 1.14.2 - /setslots now has the argument 'recommended' which will set your max slots based on the current max memory. This ONLY based on memory and is not optimal, as the processor, internet speeds and amount of plugins are not taken into account.

Updated signs from legacy WALL_SIGN and SIGN to OAK_WALL_SIGN, OAK_SIGN, SPRUCE_WALL_SIGN, SPRUCE_SIGN, etc. Updated and and did basic optimization of old methods.

Added the ability to assign prefixes and suffixes to groups, you can disable this in the config or by doing /togglegroup.

Signs will now properly do their action.

- Signs will now properly send the command through console if the player set '-' in front of the command.

- Added /gmc (/gamemode creative) - Added /gms (/gamemode survival)

- Fixed plugin.yml version number - Fixed a minor bug

- Using '-' in front of a command will make it run through the console Example: /sign add keyword -/say This runs through the console, %p - Using '^' in front of a message will make the message appear on the sign when clicked. Every new '^' will start on a new line, starting on line 1 (Counting 0-4, top being 0) Example: /sign add keyword ^Line1 ^Line2 ^Line3

use /gm to manage groups. Format: /gm <player/group> <join/leave/create/delete/add/remove/list> Example: /gm admin create /gm admin add basics.flight /gm AGenericUserName join admin /gm AGenericUserName leave

/heal - heals targeted player or self, /feed - fills that hunger of targeted player or self, /setslots, sets the amount of player slots, -1 for infinite. Fixed an issue where /vanish didn't properly save to config, so /vanish will now stay toggled even after a server restart.
