Control your chat ! (Anti-spam, anti-uppercase, ...)

VodkaChat is a plugin that let you control your chat. What I mean by control is :

ANTI-SPAM


Prevent flood ! (Translate : Don't repeat your self !)

ANTI-UPPERCASE

Deny to many uppercase (Translate : Be aware of uppercase !)

DELAY

Set a delay between every message ! (Translate : Please wait 3 seconds between every message)

And lot more : Intelligent set point at end of a sentence, Clear chat ...

Configs :
The configs are in english and in french.
Everything (message time) can be modify in configs :

Commands :
/vodkareload (reload config)
/vodkaclear <username> or /vodkaclear (to clear all user or just one)

Permissions :

vodka.reload reload config
vodka.clear clear chat
vodka.clear.bypass bypass the clear
