W.E.T [Weather Event Toggle]

Weather Event Toggle
Weather event toggle is a minimal, lightweight plugin that allows you to easily disable annoying weather effects. This plugin is a what you see is what you get, meaning support will be limited as it works as intended. I may update it occasionally to make sure it still works but as of uploading, it is complete.

How It Works
To keep the plugin small and performance friendly, W.E.T does a background check to see whether a weather change event has occured within the world, whether this be via command or naturally.
Once this is detected the plugin cancels the event, whilst posting an unintrusive message to the chat and console.

Configuration
As the plugin is only small, the config file is too. Within the config the user can disable the chat announcement, incase they do not want it.
