New Features

- Countdown when reaching the maximum number of players

When the player limit is reached, the titles automatically switch to a countdown (5, 4, 3, 2, 1).

The waiting screen ends exactly when the countdown reaches 0.

- Automatic title transition

The normal title animation stops when the countdown starts.

Dedicated countdown titles are displayed instead.

- Dynamic countdown behavior

The countdown only runs while the required number of players is maintained.

If a player leaves and the player count drops below the maximum, the countdown is automatically cancelled and reset.

Changes & Improvements

- Removed the EndScreen system

Artificial delays are no longer used.

The waiting screen now ends exclusively through the countdown.

- Removed BossBar.continuous_mode option

This option was redundant and had no real effect.

Configuration is now simpler and clearer.

Fixes

- Fixed permissions handling.

- Fixed command registration and execution.
