- add bounties for the head of other players !
- hunt the wanted players for bounties !
commands :
/wanted [player] [amount] to add a bounty for the head of a player
/listbounties to see bounties for hunting
/delbounty [player] to remove bounties on the head of a player
permissions :
wanted.wanted to allow /wanted command (true by default)
wanted.listbounties to allow /listbounties command (true by default)
wanted.delbounty to allow /delbounty command (op by default)
