The Wartung project allows you to activate the maintenance mode on your server
Supports 1.16 / 1.17 / 1.18 servers
Permissions:
Permissions
/wartung on - Permission: wartung.on
/wartung off - Permission: wartung.off
/wartung reload - Permission: wartung.reload
/wartung settext <content> - Permission: wartung.settext
Bypass Permission - wartung.bypass
Features:
- Activate the maintenance mode and only players with bypass permission can join the server!
- Set the kick message via command!
- Very easy to use!
Commands:

/wartung off - Deactivates the maintenance mode
/wartung reload - Reloads the plugin
/wartung settext <content> - Set the kick message
How to install:
Download Wartung
Put the Wartung.jar in the plugins folder
join server and run command /reload confirm or /restart
