Features

• Brings normal rain / thunderstorm cycles to your server
• When it rains a vote is started. If enough players type /rain then the rain is skipped!
• (Optional) Super lightning explodes blocks when it strikes
• (Optional) Charge players to use rain vote

Permissions

• weather.reload - Allow reloading of the config file (usually for devs)
• weather.god - Instantly pass the /rain vote when this player votes
• weather.cost.bypass - Bypass if there is a cost to vote
