Weeping Angels

What the heck are "weeping angels"?
Weeping angels come from Doctor Who and are basically statues when you look at them. However, once you turn away, they move closer to you... Note that this plugin only turns MONSTERS into weeping angels.

This idea came from Sethbling's video where he makes them with command blocks.


Permissions
The only permission is "weepingangels.bypass" which lets you look at monsters without them turning into statues.

The Config:
