Fixed NPE issue

In this version i added onlyWelcomeAfterXDelay which essentially only welcomes players if they've been offline for X time (in seconds)

Fixed NPE caused in the PlayerJoinEvent

- Fixes sending an empty message when onPlayerJoin is empty.

Fixed the plugin throwing Plugin WelcomeBack v1.0 generated an exception while executing task 1160 The plugin can now choose a random chat message from a list of messages to send to decrease chat spam

- Fixed the * next to the plugin name in /pl - Added CommandsToExecuteOnFirstJoin (Basically if a new player joins the server for the first time and they welcome them. the welcomer will get a different set of rewards than a normal welcome back)

· Fixed Chat event needing to be triggered asynchronously.

· Fixed the plugin not sending the right message.
