WelcomeMessage with ping limiter
2020-05-08sends the player's a welcome message with colors, kick players if their ping is too high and more!!
This plugin sends the player a message set in the config with colors! Also, you can check their ping. And if their ping is too high, Then they get kicked automatically(ping limit is customizable in the config file!)

(Tested on Minecraft versions: 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, below 1.8 = untested)!!
