HOW IT WORKS?:
If the player under control will quits the console will execute a command "QuitCommand" present on the Config.
When The "Victim" talks, his messages will be receveid only by person with the control permissions and the person with OP.
The player can't break and also can't place if is under control

/Control stop <Player> - Stop Control of a victim
