[WinterEco] Estates

WinterEco Estates is a part of the ever expanding line of economy plugins.

Estates adds the ability for server Admins to create and manage Property's (World Guard regions) that players can Buy, Sell and Rent to other players on the server using any Vault Supported economy.

Features:

• Credit Scores - Players have an active credit score that monitors player activity including Play Time, Mortgage or Rent Payments, Average income, number of loans out number of late payments and Property owned.

• Loans - Amount and interest is calculated off of players Credit Score

• Mortgages - Bigger amounts, lower interest and longer payment terms Mortgages require at least an "Okay" credit score and can only be used to purchase a specified property.

• Renting - Players can rent property's that they own for any set amount the Land Lord gets the rent payments. Missed rent payments result in property returning to a For Rent status. Owner can add and remove property from Rental market at any time.

• Buying - Players can buy property's off of the Property market at any time.

• Selling - Players can sell property's that they own for a price they specify. The own of the property gets the amount the property is sold for.

Commands:

/wec buy <PROPERTY ID> -- Buys the property with Specified property ID IF that property exists and is for sale.

/wec add <PRICE> -- MUST be standing in a worldgaurd region and MUST be OP. Adds property to the property system. NOTE: The Property ID WILL be the world guard region name!

/wec sell <PROPERTY ID> [PRICE] <<-- MUST own that property OR be OP.

/wec delete <PROPERTY ID> -- Deletes the specified property.

/wec info <PROPERTY ID> -- Gives information on an owned property.

/wec credit check -- Gets your Credit info.

/wec credit apply -- Gives you the loan /wec credit check approve you for.

/wec credit property <PROPERTY ID> -- Apply for a Mortgage on specified property.

/wec rent add <PROPERTY ID> <PRICE> -- Rents the specified property IF you are the owner and price is not 0.

/wec rent stop <PROPERTY ID> --Takes specified property off the Rental Market if your the owner of that property.

/wec srent --Rents the property you are standing in IF the property you are standing is for rent.

/wec credit pay <LoanID> -- Pays your next loan payment early
