Command: /givewosc - Gives the Blue Wither Skull OSC fishing rod (OP or wosc.give permission required)

• 100 Blue Wither Skulls spawn in a 10-block radius circle 50 blocks above the player
• Skulls fly toward your target block at high speed
• Each skull deals end crystal damage (6.0 explosion power)
• Skulls break through all blocks including obsidian and crying obsidian
• Works underwater and in lava
• One-time use fishing rod

Usage

• Run /givewosc to receive the fishing rod
• Right-click or reel (right-click while fishing) to activate
• Look at a block to target where the skulls should fly
• 100 blue wither skulls will spawn and fly toward your target
