Work

This is a plugin which that I made for timepass but want to add alot of features.
Also the plugin is useless in 0.0.0.0.1

0.0.0.0.2 adds
Commands:

/work - work.admin
/work help - work.admin
/work discord - work.admin
/work commands - work.admin
/work reload - work.admin
/kill - work.cmd.kill

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
/kill <player name>
has the ability to send custom message to the which was killed as well
send message to the player who used the command.
