Config
- radius - The distance around the player that the blocks change
- decaydelay - The time, in ticks, between block changed
- protectspecblocks - Protects special blocks such as furnaces, beds, etc. The options are true and false
- effectliquids - Effects liquids. If enabled, liquids eventually take over and lag out the server. The options are true and false
