World TP and TP return

This plugin adds two commands:

1. A tp command (/tpw) that allows you to specify the world you tp to:
   /tpw <world name> <x> <y> <z>
   /tpw <player name> <world name> <x> <y> <z>
2. A tp command (/tpreturn) that brings you back to your origin location from your last teleport:
   /tpreturn

The permissions are as follows:

• tpx.tpreturn.command
  description: Returns you to your original location.

  description: Allows to tp onself to another world.

• tpx.tpw.other:
  description: Allows to teleport another player to another world.
