WorldBorder [1.8 -1.13.2]
With WorldBorder, you can create a border in every world of your server. The border is invisible and can only be penetrated with a certain permission (worldborder.admin). Once a player reaches the limit, he will teleport back and get a message that can be changed in the config and also turned off.

/worldborder save [border]
