With this update, you can now manage which player have the permission to place or break blocks. In the config.yml file, you can choose if the players can or not use blocks and then you can enter a complete list of exceptions. Obviously, if the default is on false, the players in the list could place or break blocks, and if it is on true, they can not use blocks.
