Fixed checks to go in order (permissions first then the other checks). Reworked the commands and permissions. Removed a lot of useless stuff from the plugin like: - Placeholders - Custom permissions - Automate location update (this was realy not needed since the locations get updated without it) Compiled the plugin under 1.16.4(not that big of a deal).
