wWhitelist

wWhitelist allows servers owner to revolutionize the way the Minecraft whitelist system works! Instead of not allowing anyone on your server until they're added to a list, let anyone join the server, but they can't interact with anything until given whitelist permission! This allows players to join a server and see the world and decide if they want to join the community before being accepted on the whitelist! Players who join a wWhitelist server cannot Place or Break blocks, Interact with player chests, furnaces, crafting tables, or levers, and cannot interact with mobs!

Blacklisting :
Blacklisting is as simple as banning a player from your server, The next time a black listed player attempts to join the server they will simply be told they're black listed from this server!
