xCannons - Cannon Essentials

This plugin is useful for Cannon Testing Servers (1.8) and has useful commands and tools.

*̶N̶o̶t̶e̶ ̶I̶ ̶h̶a̶v̶e̶ ̶y̶e̶t̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶a̶d̶d̶ ̶p̶e̶r̶m̶i̶s̶s̶i̶o̶n̶s̶,̶ ̶I̶ ̶w̶i̶l̶l̶ ̶a̶d̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶m̶ ̶a̶t̶ ̶a̶ ̶l̶a̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶t̶i̶m̶e̶.̶
Added some permissions

Includes:

- MagicSand & Commands such as /ms, /ms clear, /ms refill

- Xray /xray to toggle on or off (turns most blocks into glass except redstone-type blocks

- Fire/Lever /fire & /lever command to remotely toggle / press

- Bone /bone which allows you to remove sand/gravel stacks from close or afar

- TickCounter /tc Gives player a tick counter

- TntFill & TntClear /tntfill fills nearby dispensers (maximum & auto radius can be edited in config) & /tntclear clears nearby dispensers of tnt
