XpBank allows users to store experience with the use of a GUI.

Commands and Permissions
/xpopen (no permission): Open the bank if player has the money available.
/xpadmin (xpbank.admin): Modify config values in-game and give or take experience from a player's bank.
xpbank.free: Open the bank for free.
