Replaced with a unified background garbage collector running every 20 ticks, reducing task allocations by over 99% during intensive mining or explosive pickaxe sessions. 🛡️ Zero Duplication & Safe Overflow Handling* — Completely reworked ItemSpawnEvent handling. When an inventory is full or partially full, the remaining stack is updated directly in-place without triggering secondary dropItemNaturally calls, eliminating any possibility of recursive item duplication loops. ⚡ Pre-Cached Particle & Sound Registry* — Enum lookups for sounds and particles are now parsed and cached on config load/reload. Zero try/catch overhead and zero Enum.valueOf reflections during item collection. 🔇 Smart Full-Inventory Debounce* — Added a 1.5-second notification debounce per player to prevent client FPS drops and screen spam from rapid title, actionbar, and chat packets while mining with a full inventory. 🌍 O(1) World Permission Lookups* — World whitelist/blacklist controls now use a pre-hashed set, ensuring instant O(1) validation instead of iterating lists on every block break. 🧹 Clean Reload & Shutdown Engine* — Fully implemented cleanup handlers for /reload and server shutdowns, releasing all collections, tasks, and memory references.
