YourEffects, the simple way to customize effects on a player with permissions

How this plugin works?
This plugin works with permissions of the effect that you want to place to the player. When you give the permission by an another plugin or admin command this gives to the player for a short time the effect and if stills the permissions the plugin automatic update the time for the effect.

Permissions: (Change # with the number of the effect power, if you dont set a number the deafult setting is 10. YourEffects v1.2)

[Note]: If you are OP you dont get effects. If you put this plugin in older versions consider if the effect exist to set the permission.
[Note2]: If a player have for example 2 perms or more (al least 1 without number): youreffects.slow.5 and youreffects.slow (without a number) the plugin only will take the principal wiouth number (default = 10 of power). Another case, If a player have 2 perms or more (with number): youreffects.slow.5 and youreffects.slow.30 for example, the plugin will take the biggest number for this example is 30 (Will set Slow with 30 of power to the player) .
