zspawn.*                - All permissions (default: op)
  zspawn.spawn            - Use /spawn (default: true)
  zspawn.spawn.others     - Teleport other players (default: op)
  zspawn.setspawn         - Set spawn location (default: op)
  zspawn.reload           - Reload configuration (default: op)
  zspawn.bypass.countdown - Skip teleport countdown (default: false)
  zspawn.bypass.movement  - Move during countdown (default: op)
