BugReports - A simple but uniqie bug report plugin (1.12.x)

BugReports is a plugin that allows players to submit bug reports.
Admins can see the list of reported bugs and remove reported bugs from the list as they are resolved.

Features:
Simple to use
Control who can do what with permissions (See below)
Saves all bugs to a file, so all the bugs are saved even if the server restarts.
Players can only submit 1 bug at a time. (Once the bug report is removed from the list, the player can submit another.)

Commands / Permissions

/bug <message> - Report a bug to the admins.
Permission: BugReports.report

/viewbugs - View the list of bug reports.
Permission: BugReports.admin

/delbug <username> - Remove a bug report from the list where <username> is the username of the player who submitted the bug you wish to delete.
Permission: BugReports.admin
