BugReports - A simple but uniqie bug report plugin (1.12.x)

You can now edit almost all messages in the messages.yml file found inside the BugReports folder! Press read more First off, I cleaned up the code a lot so it felt neater. Now, if you have the admin permission, you can use all commands including /bug. (Before, admins needed both the admin perm and BugReports.report which was a waste) I also added a new command: /bugreports. It just displays info about the version of BugReports you're running, and requires no permission. If you have the permission BugReports.report, /bugreports shows help about the /bug command to report bugs. If you have the permission BugReports.admin, /bugreports shows help on the admin commands. And yes, there was a bug with the bug reporting plugin. The major bug fix: If the config file didn't already exist, (First installation) it wouldn't generate when the server was started. It only generated when the server was stopped and the plugin disabled. The new small feature: When a player submits a bug, it tells the player the bug they submitted.
