Very easy way to block commands proxy side. Only tested with BungeeCord version git:BungeeCord-Bootstrap:1.15-SNAPSHOT:f1c32f8:1489 and didn't test thoroughly. May contain bugs. Likely to work on BungeeCord forks, such as WaterFall. Will not work on Velocity as it uses a different API system.
